Why West Midlands Safari Park Works for Evening Entertainment
West Midlands Safari Park's unique character generates its own energy — guests arrive already buzzing from the experience of the venue itself. That energy translates directly to the dance floor, and a professional DJ with full lighting production makes the most of it. The event spaces are designed to host celebrations at scale, responding well to room uplighting and moving heads that transform the atmosphere from dinner into a full-scale evening party.
Our Celebration or Spectacle package suits West Midlands Safari Park well depending on the event space and guest numbers. For larger guest lists, a full lighting production with moving heads, room uplighting, and a white LED dance floor creates the kind of atmosphere that matches the venue's extraordinary character. We confirm the specific room layout and technical requirements with the Safari Park events team ahead of your date.
Photo Booth Hire at West Midlands Safari Park
The unique setting at West Midlands Safari Park makes for exceptional photo booth moments. Our 360° video booth is a particularly popular choice here — guests create memorable content against a backdrop that no other Worcestershire venue can offer. The Magic Mirror and traditional enclosed booth are both well suited to the indoor event spaces and complement the evening entertainment seamlessly.
Common Considerations at West Midlands Safari Park
West Midlands Safari Park is a large operational site, so advance logistics planning with the venue's events team is important. Load-in access, parking for the equipment vehicle, and any sound management requirements are confirmed with the events coordinator before the day. Our experience at large venues means this process is well rehearsed and nothing is left to chance.
