Yes, always. From your first enquiry right up until your wedding day, free planning advice is available at any time. We want your evening to be perfect and we will help you get there however we can, whether you have booked with us or not.

We send a personalised quote, have a conversation about your evening, and when you are ready to proceed we issue a written contract and take a deposit of 20% of the booking to secure your date. The balance is due 28 days before the event. Simple and transparent throughout.
